From beginners to professionals: you can learn skiing, carving, freeriding or snowboarding in the snow sports school Großglockner/Heiligenblut or in the private ski school. The professionals are at your side, regardless of your sports equipment. In the ski kindergarten the youngest children learn the basics of skiing, while older children from the age of 4 can take part in the children's ski course. Imposing nature - cross-country skiing with a view of the Großglockner & Co. 12 km of cross-country trails in the area of Heiligenblut offer a varied program. Long and demanding or short and crisp - the choice is yours. Whether in lofty heights or leisurely valley laps, the view of the majestic mountains of the National Park always remains breathtaking. Right outside the gates of Heiligenblut, the high-altitude trails "Großglockner" and "Sonnblick" await you for unforgettable cross-country rounds. With an altitude of up to 2,300 m above sea level, they offer the optimal training effect compared to most cross-country trails, which are located between 1,000 and 1,300 m above sea level.

With speed, fun & action! Only a few minutes walk from the village center is the toboggan run of Heiligenblut am Großglockner. The 1.1 km long track thrills with exciting curves and casual sections. It gets especially exciting during a night toboggan run on the illuminated track. The toboggan run is located in the Winkl district, about 500 m outside the center, and can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot from Chalet WaldHäusl. The run is lit daily until 22:00, and for tobogganing fun we provide free sleds in the ski cellar.
